Lenten Outreach Drive - Brian Bags for the Homeless

Our Lenten Outreach Project for the parish will be collecting items for “Brian Bags.” This year’s collection will feature snacks and socks. These bags are assembled and given out to the homeless in our community and the Greater Waterbury Area, by Project Organizer, Donna Finneran, a resident of Oakville.

Holy Disciples Parish Men’s Group

Attention Men of Holy Disciples Parish and beyond!  We are looking to re-form a Men’s Group.  The group is looking at holding monthly meetings on a Tuesday evening at 7:00 pm in the St. John Church Hall.  Stay tuned for additional information and a start date.

Respect Life Prayer Group - December 28

The Holy Disciples Respect Life Prayer Group will meet on Wednesday, December 28 at 7 PM in the Church Hall at St. John the Evangelist Church.

They will pray a Rosary for Life and discuss plans for winter and spring activities.
