Our Holy Disciples Parish men’s group will be starting a new year this Tuesday 9/19/23 at 6:30 PM in the Fr. Filip Hall at St. John the Evangelist Church. Our guest speaker this month will be our own Fr Napolitano. He will be speaking on his own spiritual journey. The talk will begin at 7:00 PM Christmas Bazaar Meeting
The Catholic Women of Holy Disciples Parish will be holding a Christmas Bazaar meeting Tuesday evening, September 19 at 7pm in the SMM Rectory meeting room. All those interested in working at the bazaar or during our Thursday workshops are urged to come to learn details about the bazaar and our progress timeline. We could use all the help we can get. The next time Holy Disciples Parish is scheduled to supply and serve the noon meal is this Saturday. If you can supply a 2 lb. cooked meat loaf, cans of vegetables, or would like to help serve, please Bring your meat loaf and vegetables to the St. John Church parking lot at 9:00 AM on Saturday We are also seeking volunteers to serve the meal. Choose a 9AM-12:30PM or 11AM-2PM shift, or stay for both. Follow us down to the Soup Kitchen. You won’t regret it. Bottle & Can Drive to Benefit Holy Disciples Parish Choir trip to Italy! St. John the Evangelist Church parking lot Every 4th Saturday of the month from 9:00 – 10:00 am (The same time as our meatloaf drop off!) If you have redeemable bottles and cans that you’d like to donate to the choir trip, bring them when you bring your meatloaf! Thank you!
